Service description

rennu.dk is a pilot marketplace that helps businesses and private users describe their cleaning needs, receive indicative quotes and be matched with suitable cleaning suppliers. Leashed does not itself provide cleaning services.

Use of the service

• You must provide accurate information when submitting a request.
• You may only use the service for legitimate cleaning needs and in compliance with applicable law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you receive via the platform.

Relationship with suppliers

Any cleaning services you purchase are provided directly by the supplier. Contracts for cleaning services are entered into between you and the supplier, not with Leashed. We are not a party to those contracts and are not responsible for the supplier's performance of the cleaning services.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to operate a reliable pilot, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be error free. To the extent permitted by law, Leashed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the quality of services provided by independent cleaning suppliers.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The version published on rennu.dk applies to your use of the service.
